Dan-O's uses a natural sea salt so you still get a great salty flavor but it doesn't overpower your food. Use Dan-O's before cooking as a marinade seasoning, during your cooking to season your protein and veggies, and after your cooking to add more flavor!
While it was initially more by accident than design, Dan-O's blends are particularly low in sodium, with only 50 mg of it per serving which is 4-6 times less than other, typical seasonings.

Ingredients: Spices, Garlic, Sea Salt, Onion, Parsley, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, and Cayenne Pepper.
